This snack started as party flavors, but today in Brazilian culture it has occupied a space in every special occasion repeated to girl. So, it will be one of the mandatory snacks included in the special occasion. And as time changed this snack not only came in flavors but it also changed it shapes as it was also available in cakes, brownies, trifles in different flavors as well.
There will be 3 parts of this procedure
1) Sponge Cake
2) Filling
3) Sugar Glaze

For Sponge Cake

  • 4 Qty Eggs
  • 1 and 1/2 Cups Mashed Potato
  • 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder

For Filling

  • 7 Qty Candy with mixture of milk

For Sugar Glaze

  • 1/2 Cups Warm Water
  • 2 Cups Confectioner Sugar


  • To make it hot. Pre-heat oven at 400° F. Then, grease and create a flour layered and laminated with sponge base.
